Our Philosophy

Hand-thrown daily stoneware.

Heavy-bottomed pottery shaped by hand in Portland, Oregon. Built to hold the comforting warmth of your morning coffee, handle the daily hustle, and survive the dishwasher.

The Studio

Rhythm of the wheel

Every mug and bowl begins as a heavy lump of Oregon clay. We throw each piece with thick walls and deep ridges, leaving the physical imprint of the maker's hands forever captured in the stoneware. These are not delicate display pieces, but sturdy companions for messy kitchen tables.

We mix our glazes to mimic a warm kitchen at dusk. Saturated butter yellows, deep tomato reds, and mossy greens that look better with age and use.

Built for daily life

Bring tactile joy to your morning routine with heavy-bottomed stoneware that holds the heat. Go ahead and put it in the dishwasher—we build it for daily wear.
